Parent Advisory Council
The Mystic Valley Parent Advisory Council and Special Education Advisory Council Representatives are Ann Carroll and Susan Kreis.
Mission Statement:
The Parent Advisory Council is a group of Mystic Valley Regional Charter School parents. We will discuss parents' ideas and concerns together with administration, then act on them to build upon what's great about our school. We think together. We act together.
Upcoming Meeting
The next PAC meeting will be on a special night. Please join us Wednesday, February 15th at 7:00 PM in the MPR, Annex Building. Our guest speaker will be Neil Kinnon, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Open forum will be held at the end of the meeting.
The Parent Advisory Council will be holding a Uniform Swap during the Parent/Teacher Conferences. The lower school uniform swap (maroon and khaki) will be held on April 10th in the main building, room 3, which is located in the basement level adjacent from the kitchen. The high school uniform swap (white and navy) will be held at 306 Highland Avenue, Malden, on April 11th.
Parents are invited to bring their children's gently used uniforms (no rips or stains) during the conference hours (4PM - 8PM), then see what other sizes are available for swapping. If you donate clothes with faded labels, it would be a great help if you could mark the size with a permanent marker before making your donation. The uniform swap is always a success thanks to your support - either as a donator or a shopper. (This is a free event.)
